We use both session and persistent Cookies for the purposes set out below:

Administered by: Us

These Cookies are essential to provide You with services available through the Website and to enable You to use some of its features. Without these Cookies, the services that You have asked for cannot be provided, and We only use these Cookies to provide You with those services.

Cookies Policy / Notice Acceptance Cookies

These Cookies store Your cookie choices (analytics and marketing) so the banner does not ask again. You can change them any time from "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

Functionality Cookies

Type: Persistent Cookies

Administered by: Us

These Cookies allow us to remember choices You make when You use the Website, such as remembering your login details or language preference. The purpose of these Cookies is to provide You with a more personal experience and to avoid You having to re-enter your preferences every time You use the Website.

Type: Persistent Cookies

Specific Third-Party Cookies

The following third-party services place cookies on Your device when You visit Our Website:

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager Cookies

Administered by: Google LLC

We use Google Analytics with Google's Consent Mode v2 and two cookie categories, analytics and marketing. Both start off. Until You turn on analytics, no Google Analytics cookies are set and GA4 receives only cookieless, identifier-less pings used for aggregate modeling. After You turn on analytics, Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

  • _ga — Persistent (2 years). Distinguishes unique users by assigning a randomly generated number as a client identifier.
  • _ga_<container-id> — Persistent (2 years). Maintains session state and tracks session activity.

Google's advertising signals stay denied unless You turn on marketing. Google Tag Manager follows the same two choices.

PostHog Storage

Administered by: PostHog, Inc.

We use PostHog product analytics. It is switched off and stores nothing in Your browser until You turn on analytics. After that, it keeps a visitor identifier in a cookie and in local storage (names start with ph_) for up to one year.

Meta Pixel Cookies

Administered by: Meta Platforms, Inc.

The Meta Pixel loads only after You turn on marketing. It measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Automatic event detection is off, so it sends only page views and, when You also check the ad measurement box on a playbook form, a "Lead" event. It sets the following cookies:

  • _fbp: Persistent (3 months). Identifies the browser for ad measurement.
  • _fbc: Persistent (3 months). Stores the ad click that brought You to the site, when there was one.

If You turn marketing off later, the Pixel stops and We remove these cookies. A "Lead" event, from Your browser or from our server, goes to Meta only when marketing is on and You have also checked the ad measurement box on the form.

Wistia Storage

Administered by: Wistia, Inc.

We use Wistia to play videos. When a video loads, Wistia may store a viewing identifier and playback progress in Your browser so a video can resume where You left off.

Sentry Error Monitoring

Administered by: Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)

We use Sentry to find and fix errors. Sentry does not set cookies for this. When an error happens it receives the page address, browser and device details, and the error itself. We do not record sessions or screens.

Where You Came From (Browser Storage)

Administered by: Us

We save the campaign tags in the address and the referring page (without its query string) in Your browser: the first visit in local storage for 90 days, the latest visit in session storage until You close the tab. If You submit a form, this is saved with it.

Apollo.io Cookies

Administered by: Apollo.io, Inc.

We use the Apollo.io website tracker for sales intelligence and visitor identification. Apollo sets browser identifiers to recognize returning visitors and associate website activity with company and contact profiles that support our sales outreach. Apollo is part of the marketing category: it loads, and its cookies are set, only after You turn on marketing in the cookie banner.

Google reCAPTCHA Cookies

Administered by: Google LLC

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 site-wide, including on the client intake form, to protect against spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may set the following cookie:

  • _GRECAPTCHA — Persistent (6 months). Used for bot detection, risk analysis, and distinguishing human users from automated traffic.

Cloudflare Turnstile Cookies

Administered by: Cloudflare, Inc.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the client intake form and the playbook request forms in addition to reCAPTCHA to provide enhanced bot protection and verify that requests come from legitimate users. Turnstile may set the following cookie:

  • cf_clearance — Persistent (duration varies). Set after successful Turnstile verification to indicate the user has passed the challenge.
